1. Using our website

You may use this website to browse products, create an account, maintain a wishlist, place orders, and manage purchases. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

2. Products and availability

Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Colours can vary between screens. Products remain subject to availability, and placing an item in a basket does not reserve it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices, applicable tax, shipping costs, and the final payable total are shown during checkout. An order is accepted after payment is successfully confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before accepting an order.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by carriers or circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

5. Returns and cancellations

To request cancellation before your order is dispatched, contact our staff within 1 day of placing your order. Staff will handle the request, but cancellation may no longer be possible once the order has been processed or shipped. If that one-day cancellation period has passed, you may request a return within 7 days of placing your order—for example, an order placed on 28 September 2026 may be returned by 5 October 2026, subject to the product’s eligibility. These time limits do not reduce any statutory withdrawal rights. Where the right applies, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Custom-cut or personalised fabric may be excluded where the law permits.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict an account where necessary to protect customers, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of the website or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and contact
