Cookie and browser storage information

Essential storage
The shop uses a Laravel session cookie to keep secure sessions working, including sign-in, basket and checkout. It is required for services you request. We also store your cookie choice in this browser so we can remember it.
Customer-service chat
If you use the customer-service chat, a conversation token may be saved in your browser’s local storage so the chat can reconnect to your conversation. This is not an advertising cookie and is used only for that chat function.
Optional Google Translate
Google Translate is not loaded unless you allow it. When enabled, the site can store your language preference in browser storage and set Google’s googtrans translation cookie (the site requests a one-year lifetime). Google may process technical information when its translation service is loaded. You can decline or withdraw this optional choice without losing access to the shop.
Change your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your preference. Turning off Google Translate prevents it from being loaded again and the site attempts to remove its translation cookie. You may also need to remove an existing third-party cookie through your browser’s settings.
